Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your bag in its original dust bag and shipping box to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our coven inspects your return at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
